All prices exclude GST. Billed monthly, for that month. We never invoice the full term upfront, and anything out of scope is quoted before we start.

Are you an Australian company or a Philippine one?
Both, genuinely. We serve Australian businesses under Australian employment law, and our delivery team is employed properly in the Philippines. That partnership is the whole point.
What hours do you work?
Yours. Manila is two hours behind Brisbane, so our team starts early and works a full AEST day. You will never wait overnight for an answer.
Do we have to sign a long contract?
No. Month-to-month is available on every plan. Longer terms simply cost less per month, and you can walk away with 30 days’ notice.
Who actually does the work?
A senior HR lead runs your account day to day, and everything of consequence is overseen and signed off by our CHRO-level head of HR.
What happens in the first month?
A full HR health check: contracts, policies, records and risks reviewed top to bottom. You get a findings report and a roadmap, then we work through the gaps in priority order.
What is not included?
Anything outside your plan, like complex investigations or large one-off projects, is quoted before we start at $195 an hour or a fixed price.
